XML Answer Interface

The answers from one or more surveys are collected and processed in the XML Answer Interface. LogIT Answer’s XML interface contains a number of standard functions that can be used to extract data about the survey and the answers. The functions can, for example, be used to use LogIT Answer as a web user interface, from which data is sent to the organisation's business applications (CRM system, helpdesk, supply management system etc.).

LogIT Answer can also send the answers in XML format directly to another system at the instant when the questionnaire/form is answered/saved. This is done by using a standard SMTP mail. The answers can be forwarded to any system capable of receiving e-mail.
